Milan Properties Buys Dallas Office Building

The property in uptown Dallas, Texas, was acquired by M West Holdings, a subsidiary of Milan Properties.

M West Holdings, a subsidiary of the family-owned real estate manger Milan Properties, acquired a 87,292 square foot property in uptown Dallas, Texas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The office building, 4245 N. Central Expressway located at Fitzhugh Avenue and N. Central Expressway, will be “re-branded” by the new owner as “4245 Uptown.”

Stacey Davis, senior vice president of M West Holdings said, “Given its excellent access to Central Expressway, Highland Park, Lakewood and Uptown, 4245 Uptown is perfectly positioned for this tenant profile." He added, "Additionally, 4245 Uptown is the perfect complement to 3500 Oak Lawn which M West Holdings acquired in January 2006.”

The location presently houses tenants Capital One and BGO Architects. Milan Properties manages real estate properties in New York, Texas, Florida, Minnesota, Nevada and California.
