K&L Gates Hires M&A Partner
David Grubman, a former a shareholder with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, has joined the firm's Pittsburgh office.

David A. Grubman, a former a shareholder with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, was hired by K&L Gates LLP.
In his new position, Grubman will be based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office as a partner in the firm’s corporate, mergers & acquisitions, and securities practice.
He is focused on divestitures, venture capital funds and emerging technology and growth companies, as well as public and private offerings and technology, health care, industrial distribution and manufacturing, energy and telecommunications industries.
K&L Gates chairman and global managing partner Peter J. Kalis said, “With Dave's arrival, we fortify an existing practice strength of the firm in corporate, M&A, and securities and bolster K&L Gates’ Pittsburgh transactional practice as well.”
Buchanan Ingersoll was founded in 1850 and employs about 500 attorneys. K&L Gates employs approximately 1,700 lawyers.
