Titan Appoints New Exec VP

Michael D'Onofrio has replaced Kurt Jensen, who became president and CEO of Titan’s communications division.

Titan Global Holdings, a growth-focused holding company, appointed Michael F. D'Onofrio as executive vice president of the firm’s mergers & acquisitions group.

In this position, D'Onofrio replaces Kurt Jensen, who recently became president and chief executive officer of the company’s communications division, including Titan Communications and Planet Direct.

D'Onofrio led M&A transactions, raised capital, and worked on ventures in the U.S., U.K., France, Brazil, Costa Rica, Panama, Germany, Korea, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai. Prior to joining Titan Global, he was a senior partner at Treasure Coast Capital Partners, and founder and chief operating officer at NewGen Technologies and ReFuel America. At both of these companies, he developed operations and manufacturing skills.

“It is exciting to work with a growing company like Titan with such diverse operations from energy and communications to consumer products, electronics and homeland security,” D'Onofrio said.

D'Onofrio has a Masters of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University's Huizenga Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship.

Bryan Chance, president and chief executive officer of Titan Global Holdings, said, “Michael is a unique talent who has diverse professional skills and international business relationships across a wide rage of industries. His tireless work ethic and passion for environmentally-friendly renewable fuels and alternative energy will contribute enormously to the growth and financial success of Titan.”

Titan Global’s subsidiaries include telecommunications, electronics and homeland security, consumer products and energy companies outside of the U.S.
