Former Lazard Banker Joins Broadpoint
Richard F. NeJame has been announced as a managing director for the company.

Broadpoint Capital has hired Richard F. NeJame as a managing director in the recapitalization and restructuring group.
Broadpoint Capital is a broker-dealer subsidiary of Broadpoint Securities Group, a mid-market investment bank.
Previously, NeJame was a managing director in the investment banking division of Imperial Capital. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, he was involved with establishing the restructuring advisory group at Lazard Frères & Co, and worked at Alex Brown & Sons.
NeJame is a graduated from The Wharton School, and holds undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering and economics from Duke University.
Broadpoint chairman and chief executive officer Lee Fensterstock said, We are pleased and excited to have Rich join Broadpoint and look forward to his contribution in this key business segment.
Earlier this month, Broadpoint Capital hired Asa Beach and Ryan Moriarty as vice presidents of the firms debt capital markets division.
