McGuireWoods Names Three Chicago Partners

Law firm McGuireWoods named three new partners, Geoffrey Cockrell, Mark Kromkowski and Michael Lusk, all formerly of Chicago law firm Wildman Harrold, to its private equity pratice in Chicago.
In a press release Thursday, McGuireWoods said the three have represented funds and portfolio companies involving venture capital, mezzanine, control deals and buyout transactions.
Cockrell and Kromkowski have significant transaction and regulatory practice with Small Business Investment Companies. All three have experience in complex financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation.
