Friendlier Skies

Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines finally tied the knot last night, agreeing to a stock-for-stock merger that will create a $17.7 billion airline. The combined carrier will assume Delta's name and maintain headquarters in Atlanta, where Delta is currently based.
